After the book launch in October 2015 Dina holds an event at the restaurant Tawlet in Beirut, where she cooks and presents various dishes from her book.

Cooking Courses 20th Anniversary

In November 2015 Dina celebrates the twentieth Anniversary of her cooking classes at the Volkshochschule in Schwandorf. In a festive ceremony organized by the school, Dina was honoured for her accomplishment and commitment throughout the years. A private party was held afterwards attended by the town Mayor Andreas Feller, the school Director Franz Xaver Huber, school Manager Barbara Genzken-Schindler and her loyal students. Dina and a few cooking enthusiasts from her cooking courses had prepared selected dishes and sweets from large repertoire.

Signing Event in Marjeyoun

In August 2016 Dina organizes a Day in Marjeyoun. More than 80 people came to Marjeyoun by bus, many for the first time. The tour included a visit to the Beaufort Castle and a drive to the borders. Everybody was later invited to a complimentary Lunch at her brother’s house.

Cooking Courses 25th Anniversary

In October 2022 (instead of 2020 during Corona)) Dina celebrates the 25th Anniversary of her cooking courses at the Volkshochschule in Schwandorf.
